Lately I'm finding it more difficult to fit in an hour workout everyday. This always stresses me out and causes frustration. So I've started to split my workouts throughout the day. If I can squeeze in even 20 or 30 minutes of weight training in the morning, then I'm happy. Many times, my work days are long and I'll finish off my workout at 9 in evening at the gym. The gym is a wonderfully quiet and calm place at that hour. And if I'm not feeling rushed, I also have a more quality workout--able to focus on form and technique.
