I continue to be amazed at how pilates has really grown on me. I realized that yoga was not really my thing. It was too serene and I was never able to clear my head of the clutter.
I thought pilates would pose the same issues for me until started Pilates with Pam. I have taken classes from Pam for the past 5 years at her home studio in West Seattle. She continues to challenge us and keeps us engaged with new moves. Pilates is known for strengthening the body's core. I do think pilates has helped to be more balanced in my workouts--equal parts cardio, strength, balance, stretching. http://pilateswithpamseattle.com/
