Just so you know, I was a master procrastinator on Saturday and never made it outside for a run. Correction, I did go outside and ran for about a minute before I determined it was too cold and my legs weren't interested in running. I believe that it is important to have a good time and enjoy the experience of exercise. Physical fitness is a goal to be sure, but deriving emotional and mental fitness from exercise is important as well. So I ended up going to the gym for a comfortable indoor workout and was very happy about it.
